To better help serve our customers, we have a dedicated training team that travels the country, providing free training seminars for our Shark and Nexus product lines. Next month we will be coming to the nation’s capital to share our knowledge.

Here are the main details of the event:

            9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Cost: Free

This course is perfect for anyone who works with Shark or Nexus power meters on a daily basis, or managers that oversee those who do. This course will cover meter configuration, interpreting data, accessing historical logs, reporting, DNP implementation, and more.

Here are a few additional things to know before signing up:

  • Attendees must pay for their own transportation and lodging, if applicable

  • Participants should arrive at 8:30 AM to check in and set up

  • Users are required to bring their own laptop, running Windows Vista or later

  • Please download and install our Communicator EXT 4.0 software prior to the training seminar
