Payment & Pricing

EIG online store currently accepts Visa / Master Card/ American Express/ Discover.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. EIG reserves the right to correct typographical errors, including canceling orders for products erroneously priced. Orders canceled by EIG will be refunded if a charge has already been applied. Item prices do not include applicable duties, taxes, freight, shipping costs and other charges or fees. Customer shall bear all applicable federal, state, municipal or other governmental tax, as well as any applicable import or customs duties, license fees and similar charges.


In stock items ordered through EIG online store usually ship within 24 hours of the order placement. All online orders ship FOB and usual pickup time is 6:00PM (Monday – Friday). EIG does not ship orders over the weekends and federal holidays.

EIG reserves the right to bill you for additional handling fees for address change /correction while in-transit and shipment intercept.


Product will be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer upon Product’s delivery to Customer unless rejected upon its receipt. Customer shall promptly perform whatever inspection or tests the Customer deems necessary but in no event later than five (5) days after the Product’s delivery, after which time Customer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the Product. Any discrepancy in shipment quantity must be reported within five (5) days of delivery date of the Product(s). Service(s) will be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer upon the provision of the Service(s).

All sales and purchase are final. Electro does not accept Product returns unless Electro shipped goods other than the Product specified in the Purchase Order, and the Product is returned to Electro, and packed and shipped to Electro in its original packaging, and the cost of its shipping and insurance against loss is paid by the Customer. Product(s) not eligible for return shall be returned to the Customer freight collect. Any returned Product shall be returned for a credit in equal to the returned Product’s price to be used by the Customer for the purchase of different and other Product(s).
