Course Content

This course is designed to provide all users – both novice and experienced – with a comprehensive understanding of our Nexus and Shark product lines. Course content will include, but is not limited to:

  • Introduction and overview of features for Nexus and Shark meters

  • Meter configuration

  • Viewing and interpreting data in real time

  • Accessing historical data

  • DNP implementation and interfacing with other systems

  • Software setup

Anyone in your company can benefit from attending this training seminar, but we have found it to be particularly helpful for energy managers, metering engineers, project and plant technicians, and substation workers.

 

Requirements

  • Laptop running Windows Vista, 7, or 8 operating system. Minimum 1 GB of RAM.

  • Functioning WiFi capability

  • Download and pre-install the Communicator EXT 4.0 software. You can get it here.
